A tree-house like mass rises up between two prominent streets to create a major play on solid and void.The trick with this site is that it is 100.00 m long in a purely low-rise residential zone.

The first thought we had was to give back to the street. Pushing the ground floor back 10.00 m made such a difference on the first impression of the block.

Staying true to our philosophy of responding to people, culture & context; we created gardens and public areas for the residents on the ground floor.
